YOU NEED MONEY, ARE YOU PREPARED FOR IT?

YOU NEED MONEY, ARE YOU PREPARED FOR IT?

Almost everyone above three years needs money in the world today. About 70% of these persons who need money would always give a ready made answer to the question  "How much do you need?"

Most often, when people complain I need money, I ask how much do you need? To many, the question gives them a break with few seconds of silence, to others a ready made answer is provided, while some people will not hesitate to mention one huge amount of money.

My dear reader, how much money do you need? Everyone needs money but very few know exactly how much they need.

Recently on a Sunday evening, I met a young guy who describe how eager he was to get so much money, he got so surprised when I asked him; "my guy, how much money do you need?" Not hesitating he responded "five million naira (N5,000,000) is okay for me". I was extremely happy at least he knew the amount of money he needed. I went further to ask, "what will you do with this amount of money once you get it?"
Surprisingly, the young man said " once i get the money, i will know what to do with it".

How will you feel if someone tell you he/she needs money but does not know either the amount of money he/she needs or what to use the money for,

The popular slang "money miss road" is often used when unprepared persons gets huge amount of money and they misuse it.

In the words of Abraham Lincoln, 'I will prepare and someday, my chance will come". While waiting for the  most desired millions and billions, what have you also done in preparation for it and what have you done with the thousands and Hundreds in your possession?

People often say "i was once rich", "she used to be rich", "I had millions in my account that time", Why is this so? Probably, the money met them unprepared.

Dear readers, lets not increase the growing numbers of "used to be rich" remember the feelings after loosing wealth is worst than the feeling if you never had wealth.
Being prepared makes you ready, we often struggle to cope with things we don't prepare for.

It is a known fact that "you don't know how to handle money by having much of it, if you can't manage a thousand, then you won't be able to manage millions",
this represent reasons for lot of lottery winners losing it all after very few days.

 Crown Up:
You need reasonable knowledge as to how much money you need, what you will do with it, how profitable is that which you want to do, what risks are involved in what you want to do, etc.

Its time we understand that 'financial literacy is not a side effect of wealth but wealth is the side effect of financial literacy'
